Four former narapidana, Member of KPU Mulyana W.Kusuma (left), Director of YLBHI Taufik Basari (2left), Former Shipa Bulog Rahardi Ramelan (center) and Senior Actor Roy Marten (right) declares the organization of Narapidana Indonesia Association along a number of other narapidanas in Jakarta, Wednesday (5/9).
