DESTROY HEARING FORMER SIDOARJO

The former official maker of the General Work Department of Bina Marga and Water Resources (DPUBMSDA) Judi Tetrahasto (left) consulted his attorney when undergoing a trial of the case of corruption of infrastructure funds along the former Sidoarjo Regent in the Corruption Act Court (Tipikor) Juanda, Sidoarjo, East Java, Monday (5/10/2020). The judge assembly drops the vonis to Sunarti Setyaningsih with prison criminals for one year six months and the fines of Rp100 million subsider 6 months of the rate while Judi Tetrahastoto and Sanadjihitu Sangadji each two years of prison as well as the fine of Rp150 million subsider 6 months.
