A young group of different world- Youth organizations at the High-level Conference location (KTT/COP) to 16 Climate Changes from the UN Body for Climate Change (UNFCCC), Friday (3/12) conducts action so that Japan will be committed to the second stage for Kyoto Protocol (the Kyoto Protocol/KP).
