BIBIT ANTI HYPERTENSION PADI

Researchers and professors of the Faculty of Agriculture University of Jember Tri Agus Siswoyo exhibited the seedlings of tissue culture results in the Laboratory of the Center of Ipteks Featured - the College of Industrial Plant Biotechnology (PUI - PT BioTIn), at Jember University, East Java, Thursday (22/102020). Seed padi is the result of tissue culture given the content of antihepertensive peptides taken from melinjo (Gnetum gnemon), so that rice thread produced can inhibit high blood pressure.
