JAKARTA, 9/12 - INVESTIGATION RESULTS. Chairman of the Constitutional Court (MK) Mahfud MD (mid) along the Head of the Investigation Team on the alleged cases in MK, Refly Harun (right), Secretary of the Investigation Team Saldi Isra (left) and Member of the Bambang Widjojanto Investigation Team (2 left) and Adnan Buyung Nasution held a press conference in the MK building, Jakarta, Thursday (9/12). The results of the investigation of the team are not finding the alleged involvement of constitutional judges, but there is a case of a respiratory trial and or the evaporation involving one of the substitutes, the next team recommends to be formed the Judicial Honorary Assembly.
