SUGAR PRODUCTION ISN IN BOGOR

Petani took the nira water from the aren tree in Cidak Village Puraseda, Leuwiliang, Bogor Regency, West Java, Thursday (5/11/2020). In the day the farmers are able to produce 32 molds of sugar aren at the selling price decreased from previous Rp20 thousand to Rp17 thousand per kilogram as the impact of decreasing the quality of the nira water in the rainy season.
