People witness the phenomenon of sun halo in Surabaya, East Java, Sunday (15/11/2020). Hello the sun is an optis phenomenon in the form of circular light around the sun or month caused by ice crystals on the cloud of the ribs (high clouds with a sprinkling thin feature) and are 5-10 km on the top layer of the troposfer.
