JAKARTA, 21/12 - BENTUK MKH. The Chairman of the Constitutional Court (MK) Mahfud MD provided a penalty for the formation of the Judicial Honorary Assembly (MKH) in Delegation Room, MK Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (21/12). Mahfud MD said, MK will form MKH to Judge Akil Mochtar even though without the finding of the indications and evidence of the alleged violation of the accused etiquette but for the reason for his own request to prove mutual and enforce the truth, image, fragrant and martabat MK.
