TRADITIONAL YOGHURT PROCESSING MINANGKABAU
The breeding farm to be processed into "Dadiah" or traditional yoghurt Minangkabau, in Jorong Ladd,i Sianok Anam Suku, Kabupatan Agam, West Sumatra, Saturday (12/12/2020). Dadiah is a naturally fermented buffalo milk inside the bamboo bars for two days, so it creates a typical traditional culinary type of Minangkabau with a specific bath because of its unique taste.
