ORANGUTAN REPATRIATION FROM MALAYSIA TO INDONESIA

One of the nine orangutans is in the cage during the Repatriation of Orangutan Sumatra (Pongo abelii) from Malaysia to Indonesia, in the Kualanamu Deli Serdang Airport Terminal, North Sumatra, Friday (18/12/2020). A total of nine Indonesian orangutans consists of four male tails and five female tails treated in the National Wildlife Rescue Center of Silver Malaysia are repatriated to Indonesia, and then carried out treatments and rehabilitation in the quarantine center of Sibolangit orangutan before it was released back to its habitat.
