PROCESSING OF THE ISN TREE

Workers comb the ijuk fiber of the aren tree in Malangbong, Garut Regency, West Java, Tuesday (5/1/2021). The ijuk processing plant is able to produce 1.5 tons of ijuk per week sold Rp.8 thousand to Rp.25 thousand per kilogram and marketed to a number of areas such as Tasikmalaya, Bandung, and Jakarta as a raw material for the manufacture of butterflies.
