Chairman of the Constitutional Court (MK) Mahfud MD (right) combined with the Juda Achmad Sodiki when the reading of the objection of Article Number 23 and 26/PUU-VIII/2010 related to the test of article 184 paragraph (4) Law no.27/2009 about MPR, DPR and DPRD against the 1945 Constitution in the MK building, Jakarta, Wednesday (12/1). MK is obliged to apply Bambang Soesatyo cs in terms of submitting the Right to Organize the DPR Opinion. The Applicant requested that Article 184 Act Number 27 of 2009 on MPR, DPR, DPD and DPRD of the kuorum penalty was revoked because it contradicts to the Basic Act 1945.
