Former Minister of Justice and Human Rights Yusril Ihza Mahendra (left) listened to the description of the Expert witness during the trial of the application of testing Law No.8/1981 on HAP in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (18/1). Yusril asks the test of the article-pasal of KUHAP related to the rejection of his request to call four beneficial witnesses in the case of Sisminbakum such as President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Former President Megawati by the Supreme congratulations for the reason is not relevant and not qualified as witness.
