JAKARTA, 31/1 - ANGKET HAK Law. The Constitutional Court Judgment Assembly (MK) read the determination of the test of the material of the Law No. 6 Year 1954 concerning the DPR Transportation Rights in the MK building, Jakarta, Monday (31/1). The Constitutional Court’s Judgment Council stated the Law No. 6 of 1954 on the DPR’s Angket Rights Association contradicts the 1945 Constitution and has no legal force binding. ANTARA/Widodo S.
