WILD RELEASE OF SATWA PROTECTED IN WESTERN PAPUA

Burung Bayan (Eclectus Roratus) is in the cage before it is illegally released in Klaso Forest, Malaumkarta Sorong Regency, West Papua, Tuesday (16/3/2021). In order to commemorate the 38th Anniversary of Rimbawan, the Great Hall of Conservation of Natural Resources (BBKSDA) West Papua will release the number of animals protected by the results of the community’s and voluntary surrender, so that Papua’s endemic animals can return to their habitat.
