KPK CAUGHT SAMIN TAN

The owner of PT Borneo Lumbung Energi and Metal Samin Tan (left) was margined by the officer when arriving to undergo examinations in the KPK White Red Building, Jakarta, Monday (5/4/2021). KPK managed to capture the buronan KPK Samin Tan who allegedly gave Rp5 billion to former Deputy Chairman of the Commission VII DPR RI Eni Maulani Saragih for the benefit of the management process of terminating the contract of PKP2B PT Asmin Koalindo Tuhup (AKT) in Central Kalimantan.
