ORANGUTAN SURVEY TRAINING

A number of forest guards (ranger) followed the orangutan population survey training in the Leuser Ecosystem Area (KEL) in Ketambe Research Station, Southeast Aceh, Aceh, Monday (5/4/2021). The training held by Yayasan Ekositem Leuser (YEL) cooperated with the Leuser Conservation Forum (FKL) and the Great Hall of Gunung Leuser National Park (BBTNGL) to make a team of maternal forest guards in conducting orangutan lie surveys, orangutan nests, data capture and use of tools in the field.
