Farmer secured rice seedlings to not hanyut carried water when flooding in Kwadungan, Ngawi, East Java, Sunday (11/4/2021). The flood of the Madiun River soaks a number of villages in the region and resulting in a number of roads and dozens of hectares of rice fields entering the submerged rice plant season.
