MAKASSAR, 22/2 - MANDARIN LANGUAGE CENTER. President Nanchang University (NCH), Zhou Wenbin, gave a welcome to the inauguration of the Mandarin Language Center at Hasanudin University (Unhas) Makassar, Tuesday (22/2).
