Indonesian Navy Commando Admiral Slamet Soebijanto splashes water over the Indonesian Ship (KRI) Diponegoro as a symbol of its inauguration by Indonesian Navy Commando Admiral Slamet Soebijanto at Tanjung Emas Harbour in Semarang, September 17, 2007.
