The Governor of Riau Syamsuar (center) along Danrem 031/WB Brigjen TNI Syech Ismed (leftthree) shed a rubber boat when reviewing the residents submerged flood due to the Sail River in Pekanbaru, Riau, Friday (23/4/2021). Pekanbaru’s deras rain resulted in the Sail River overflowing and soaking the settlement of citizens so that dozens of Family Heads are forced to sculpt while to a safer place.
