PRAPERADILAN HEARING RJ LINO

The single judge Morgan Simanjuntak (mid) led his way the preperadilan's premier hearing submitted by the former President Director of PT Pelindo II Richard Joost Lino alias RJ Lino, on the PN of South Jakarta, Jakarta, Tuesday (4/5/2021). In the hearing delayed the hearing due to the Corruption Commission (KPK) as the underlying party was not present in the trial.
