RUPS ANNUAL TELKOM

President Director Telkom Ririek Adriansyah along the directors of Telkom posing the proposal held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) Year of Book 2020 in Jakarta, Friday (28/5/2021). In the Annual General Meeting of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk was decided to share dividends of Rp16,64 trillion or equivalent 80 percent of the net profit acquisition of 2020 as well as change the management of the company including raising the former Menristek Bambang Brodjonegoro to the President Commissioner replacing Rhenald Kasali and raised Abdi State Nurdin or who was familiarly greeted Abdee Slim became Commissioner.
