STEP, 12/3 - STEP FOR NELAYAN. Nelayan raised the fishing spot of the fish stalks in the desert dash of Padang, Sumbar, Saturday (12/3). Ministry of Marine and Fishery (KKP) submitted a budget of Rp8 trillion to support the National Program of Marine and Fishery Independent Community Empowerment (PNPM Mandiri KP) or to increase the wellbeing of fishermen.
