WEATHER MODIFICATION TECHNOLOGY OPERATION IN SOUTHERN SUMATERA

TNI AU’s efficacy moved the sacks containing salt into the Cassa C212 aircraft belonging to Skuadron IV Lanud Abdulrachman Saleh before conducting the operation of the Weather Modified Technology (TMC) in the Sri Mulyono Herlambang Air Base (Lanud SMH) Palembang, South Sumatra (10/6/2021). The TMC operation is a collaboration of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, the Assessment & Implementation of Technology (BPPT), and the APP Sinar Mas aims to optimize the potential of rainfall ahead of the dry season.
