JAKARTA, 24/9 - SUPERSEMAR. One of the Attorneys of Tergugat I (Soeharto) and Tergugat II (Supersemar) M Assegaf smiled when the civil persidation between the country against the former President Soeharto and the Supersemar foundation in the PN of South Jakarta, Monday (24/9). According to the Chairman of the State Lawyers Dachamer Munthe, the Supersemar Foundation Fund should be invited to be held for seven unrelated companies with total value of Rp185.918.480.940 and US$420.290.000.
