Mendagri Gamawan Fauzi (left) received a safe speech from the Bupati Pessel Nasrul Abid in the procession of the Doctor's degree of Honorary Honorist Causa from the State University Vector of Padang (UNP) Z.Mawardi Efendi in Padang, Sumbar, Friday (18/3). Mendagri Gamawan Fauzi, SH, MM, obtained the Doctor of Honoris Causa degree in public policy education and is the first time given University of State Padang (old) in this area.
