KRISIS RASKIN. Workers do rice loading in Perum Bulog Sub Divre V Kediri, East Java, Monday (28/3). Four areas under the shade of the Logistics Urusan Agency (Bulog) Division of East Java Regional Office, namely Kediri, Jember, Malang and North Surabaya (Gresik- Sidoarjo) experienced a lack of poor rice stock (raskin) for April 2011 but only enough for March 2011.
