President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (mid) and Mrs. Negara Ny Ani Yudhoyono (right) gave a welcome speech to the Judi Constitution of Anwar Usman (left) as the pronunciation of the swearing of the title in the State Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday (6/4).
