ACTION CABUT UU MINERBA

A number of legal aids (PBH) LBH Padang, conducting action to demand the revocation of the Minerba Law in the coal mine hole area in Talawi, Sawahlunto, West Sumatra, Thursday (29/7/2021). The action was held to support the Right to Test the Materials of Mineral and Coal Acts (UUU-Minerba) to the Constitutional Court conducted by YLBHI, Jatam, LBH Bandung, LBH Padang, Banyuwangi citizen and Bangka Belitung residents, so that the legislation was revoked because it was considered very bad impact on the environment.
