JAKARTA, May 5 – TRAFFIC DETOUR. Heavy trucks and other cargo-carrying vehicles required to detour from Jakarta Inner Ring Road and avoid the downtown portion of the expressway in effort to lighten substantially the usual traffic jams in most streets in the Indonesian capital during the 18th ASEAN Summit scheduled on May 7-8, 2011.
