Newmont Nusa Tenggara (NNT) Martiono Hadiyanto (right), Vice President and Deputy General Council Newmont Mining Corporation Blake Rhodes (left) signed the signing of the purchase agreement of 7 percent shares divested NNT in the Ministry of Finance, Jakarta, Friday (6/5). Buy 7 percent of shares divested PT. NNT is the implementation of 24 Contracts of Work between the Government of Indonesia and PT. NNT, where PT. NNY is required to divest the shares belonging to foreign participants to the Indonesian participants so that the portion of ownership of Indonesian participants became 51 percent until 2010.
