Jakarta’s main thoroughfare Jalan Sudirman – usually a heavily congested point of the Indonesian capital - looks deserted, Sunday, the second day of 18th ASEAN Summit 2011. Police calls on motorists and Jakartans to refrain from using the streets and roads leading to Jakarta Convention Center, venue of the summit that starts on Saturday.
