JAKARTA, May 8 – ASEAN SUMMIT PLENARY SESSION. Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as ASEAN chair presides over the plenary session of the 18th ASEAN Summit 2011, Sunday afternoon, at Jakarta Convention Center.
