A mother completes the manufacture of smoke fish in the village of the Asap Pentarsewu Smoke Fish in Sidoarjo, East Java, Wednesday (20/10/2021). During the COVID-19 pandemi, the smoked fish village applied the concept of 'zero waste', utilizing the rest of the fish stomach waste from the production of their smoked fish for example to feed the lele fish roofing cultivation of Black Soldier Fly.
