KRETEK PRODUCTION DROP

KEDIRI, 3/6 - TURUN KRETEK PRODUCTS. Thousands of workers pack hand kretek cigarettes (SKT) in PT Warehouse Gamram Tbk, Kediri, East Java, Friday (3/6). Combined United Indonesian Cigarette Plant (Gappri) predicts the production of national cigarette cigarettes drops about 5-10 percent due to the impact of clove prices increase from the average of Rp 60,000 per kg to Rp 135,000 per kg. The amount of cigarette production reaches 246,45 billion stems or about 93 percent of the total production of national cigarettes as much as 265 billion stems per year.
