A number of flood refugees rest in emergency tents in Bintan Dumai Village, Riau, Sunday (31/10/2021). Dumai flood bandage continues to increase to 3.770 psyche due to the deras rain that falls the night in Bintan Village, Sukajadi and Bukit Nenas so many residents who occupied to emergency tents, worship houses and offices.
