JAKARTA, 14/6 - SIDANG MEDIASI YUSUF SUPENDI. Former Member of the DPR 2004-2009 of the Faculty of Justice Party (PKS), Joseph Supendi (right) accompanied by his legal advisor as a result of his group’s mediation hearing to the elite of the Alliance Justice Party (PKS) at the South Jakarta PN, Tuesday (14/6). The Chairman of the Mediation, H.Aksir gave 40 Days to both parties to reconciliate and if not agreed to the hearing entered the core material namely the violation of the article 1365 KUHPerdata on the act against the Law with the value of the law of Rp 42.7 billion.
