The case of the alleged corruption of the three units of Quay Container Crane (QCC) in PT Pelindo II in 2010, Richard Joost Lino answered the question of the judge when following the trial of the election by the General Opportunities in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Thursday (11/11/2021). Former President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II was charged 6 years of prison plus the fine of Rp500 million subsider 6 months of the rate because it was proven to do corruption in procurement and maintenance of 3 units QCC in 2010 at the Long harbor ( lampng), Pontianak (West Kalimantan) and Palembang (South Sumatra) resulting in a state loss of 1.997.740,23 US dollars.
