The Minister of Coordinator of Kemaritiman and Investment of Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan conveyed speech during the opening of the Festival UMKM Toba Vaganza in Hotel Niagara, Parapat, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Friday (12/11/2021).
