Kapolda East Java Irjen Pol Nico Afinta (right) reviewed the Integrated Node Capture Attitude Record (INCAR) operating car on Jalan Darmo, Surabaya, East Java, Monday (15/11/2021). A total of 12 units of INCAR’s operational car launched by East Java Polda serves to detect pastlintas violations performed by motorists as well as connected to regident data ( SIM, STNK, and BPKB) and disclaimed data.
