Chairman of the Constitutional Court Assembly (MK) Mahfud MD (right) and members of the Ahmad Sodiki Constitution reads the Decree of the test of the Law Material Number 27 of 2007 on the Management of the Smallest Coastal Region and the Smallest Island in the Constitutional Court Building, Jakarta, Thursday (16/6). The Assembly of the Constitutional Court declared Article 1 figure 18, Article 16, 19, 20, 21, 21, 22, Article 23 paragraph (4) and paragraph (5), Article 50, 51, Article 60 paragraph (1), Article 71 as well as 75 Law Number 27 of 2007 on the Management of the Coastal Region and the Smallest Island contradicts to the 1945 Constitution and has no binding force.
