THE POVERTY OF FARMERS

KEDIRI, 17/6 - POVERTY. A four-year-old boy Adit (C) stands as his parents harvest rice on the village of Selopanggung, Kediri, East Java, June 16, 2011. According to Indonesia’s Central Bureau of Statistics, a farmer in Java and Bali only owns 0.34 hectare of rice field in average.
