JAKARTA, 24/6 - RUPS TJIWI KIMIA. Vice President Commissioner of PT Tjiwi Chemical Paper Plant (TKIM) Tbk. G. sulistiyanto (left) combined with TKIM Commissioner Arthur Tahya (second left), Director TKIM Arman Sutedja and Independent Commissioner Pande Putu Raka before the general Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) in Jakarta, Friday (24/6). The company will share the divider of Rp. 15 per share sheet worth Rp. 20,03 billion and currently the company has a paper production capacity of 1.134,000 tons per year.
