DPR AGREES THE RUU OF THE FORMATION OF THE COURT

The Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly conveyed the response from the government at the 10th judipurna meeting of the Persidangan II Year of Sidang 2021-2022 in the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (7/12/2021). In the meeting of the DPR approved the Design of the Act on the establishment of the Riau Islands High Court, the West Sulawesi High Court, the North Kalimantan High Court, and the West Papua High Court and the establishment of the Palembang State Business Court, the High Court of Banjarmasin State Business Authority, the High Court of Manado State Business, and the High Court of Mataram State Business and the High Court of Religion of Bali, the West Papua High Court of Religious Affairs, and the North Kalimantan High Court.
