Chairman of the Constitutional Court (MK) Mahfud MD speeched about the role and authority of MK in the International Symposium "Constitutional Democracy", in Jakarta, Monday (11/7). Four authoritys of MK include testing the Constitution 1945, determining disputes between the state institutions, breaking the parpol dissolution, as well as deciding the dispute of the election.
