Chairman of the Constitutional Judg Assembly (MK) Anwar Usman led the test hearing of the material Law No. 40 Year 1999 on the Press in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (11/1/2022). The sword was held on the application of Heintje Mandagie, Hans Kawengian, and Soegiharto Santoso to fight the Act of Pers, in particular Article 15 Paragraph 2 f letters and Article 15 of the 5 regarding the Board of Press.
