JAKARTA, 18/7 - KASUS PRITA CASE. Jaksa Agung Basrief Arief (the left 2) accompanied by the Deputy Supreme, Darmono (right 2) followed the working meeting with the Commission III of the DPR discussing the case of Prita Mulyasari, in the Parliament Complex Senayan, Jakarta, Monday (18/7). According to the Commission III, the basis of the efforts of the submission of the Supreme Court in the case of Prita Mulyasari is considered weak due to a more emphasis on the regulation of the Minister of Justice and jurisprudence than the laws.
