MATERIAL TEST PRESS LAW

Chairman of the Constitutional Judgment Assembly (MK) Anwar Usman (the middle) leads the test hearing of the Law Number 40 of 1999 on the Press in the Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Wednesday (26/1/2022). The sword was held on the application of Heintje Mandagie, Hans Kawengian, and Soegiharto Santoso to test the Act of the Press, in particular Article 15 Paragraph 2 f letters and Article 15 of the Verdict 5 regarding the Board of Press.
