Two charged cases of Alfred Simanjuntak tax suap (right) and Wawan Ridwan (left) followed the hearing with the agenda of the activation letter in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Wednesday (26/1/2022). JPU KPK charged a former Supervisor of Tax Checking Team at the Directorate of Examination and Billing Directorate General of Tax (DJP) Kemenu Wawan Ridwan and former Head of the Checking Team at the Directorate of Examination and Billing DJP Alfred Simanjuntak allegedly received a suap over the command and direction of the Prayitno Wind and Ramdani Dadani as Head of the Cooperation and Inspection Support at DJP conducting taxation check for three must taxes namely PT Gunung Madu Plantations, PT Bank PAN Indonesia, and PT Jhon Barat Tbk.
